Information on your device

Workout entries, goals, reminders, unfinished drafts, achievements, eligibility attestation, preferences, and imported backups remain on your Android device. The beta does not require an account and does not upload this information.

You can export a JSON backup or CSV history through Android’s file picker. Those files are stored wherever you choose and remain under your control. Deleting app storage or uninstalling removes the app’s local database but does not remove copies you exported.

Network services and permissions

The offline beta does not connect to the group backend, email or SMS verification services, or advertising services. Its release manifest removes internet and advertising identifier permissions.

The app requests notification permission only when you enable reminders. Android may restore reminder schedules after reboot. File-picker access is limited to files and destinations you choose.

Eligibility and changes

The beta is intended for United States adults age 18 or older. Age eligibility is self-attested on the device; the app stores the result, policy version, and date rather than a birth date.

A later release that enables accounts, groups, or advertising will require an updated notice and a new consent flow before those services are used.
