When reporting a problem

Include the app version, Android version, phone model, steps to reproduce, expected result, and what happened. Do not include exported backups, phone numbers, email addresses, or other sensitive information.

For notification issues, mention whether notification permission was allowed, whether the phone was locked, and whether battery-saving restrictions were active.

Protect your history

Use Goals & data to export a JSON backup before clearing app storage, uninstalling, or installing a replacement test build. Verify that the file was saved in a location you can access.
